Studio Hire

Hire Rates and Deposits

All utilities, reception, basic studio equipment (stereos, Barres, mirrors, LED strip lights), Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included in the hourly fee rates set out below. The Hirer and included participants must wait in the reception area until their booked Hire time. Please refer to clause 4 in the Agreement below for further information. You may hire the studio’s for half hour or full hour increments only, there will be no sharing of studio space and hirers must pre book space.

Payments and Deposit/bond

Deposit/Bond must be paid prior to the commencement of hire and will be 1 weeks hire of your reserved time. For example, if you hire 4 hours per week in studio 3, your deposit will be $160. The Deposit/Bond will be held until termination of the hire period. If you are hiring for one day only, you will be required to pay in full prior to your hire date.

A pre-payment for your scheduled hire is preferred and you can also pay for the entire term of your contract. Alternatively, you will be invoiced monthly for your hire and these invoices must be paid within 7 DAYS OF RECIEPT OF THE INVOICE. If your invoice remains outstanding, you will be charged a 5% late fee weekly until paid. You will be unable to book or access the studios until the outstanding fees are paid.

We do have other equipment available at an extra hire rate for your use. This equipment includes:

Please note: the cost of extra equipment hire covers the hire only and set up time and costs are covered by you.

• Yoga matts and Pilates equipment (all equipment must be wiped down after use)
• Acrobatic Matts and gymnastic equipment
• Folding trestle tables and folding chairs (all tables and chairs must be wiped down and collapsed after use)
• Curtains for window or mirror coverage
• Disco and laser lights
• Microphones, TV and extra audio-visual equipment

ALL STUDIOS AND EQUIPMENT USED MUST BE RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE AND STORAGE SPACE FOLLOWING YOUR HIRE.

Please ensure equipment is put away where you found it, including all portable ballet barres to studio 2.

Parking and accessibility

2 hour free parking is available in the Woolworths Car Park directly across the road. There is further on street parking available in the surrounding streets.

If you have a weekly ongoing hire you will be provided with a key to the premises if it is outside the reception hours. Any other hirers must check in at reception on arrival for their reserved time.

Reception Area

This space is included in any hire agreement and can be used as a waiting area, break area or stretching area for your event.

Studio 2

120 square metres Floor boards, full mirrors and stereo. Ideal for ballroom dancers and can be transformed for any workshop, party or event.

Studio 3

80 square metres, tarkett flooring, full mirrors, barres and stereo. Ideal for smaller groups, Tap or Irish dance and Ballet. Also can be transformed for any workshop, party or event.
